What the Car Dealer Confidence Ratings Mean

             Exceptional

These new and used car dealers are exceptional because they truely look after their customers. They work hard to avoid any problems in the first place and if any issues come up, they work with their customers to find a win-win solution. They are well established in their communities and good golly, people like them.

 

                     Excellent

These new and used car dealers have proved that they are above average in the car industry. Should a disagreement come up, they are more likely to work with you to come to an understanding. They have been in business many years and are well known in the community.

 

                     Average

Car dealers rated yellow are average.  My Local Car Dealers couldn’t find anything wrong with some of them, but we also couldn’t find anything that would support them making it into the green confidence zone.

 

                     Below Average

A failure and or refusal to respond a one or more complaints will get car dealers a red confidence rating. This conduct isn’t something you would want from a car dealer you are buying from. If there is a problem, they just might leave you twisting in the wind. You can still buy from them if you wish, but be extra cautious.
